Sean Newall has set off on the first of four epic expeditions. The aim is to visit all of the commonwealth nations sending a team to Glasgow 2014 following the tradition of the Queen's Baton relay. The first was a 25,500 mile (41,025km) world cycle that began at Glasgow's George square. He completed this in 360 days visiting exactly a quarter of all the commonwealth whilst averaging 71 miles a day.
